Solid Tantalum and Aluminium capacitors with conductive polymer from Panasonic

The Panasonic OS-CON and POSCAP Capacitors use high conductive polymer to achieve low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR), excellent noise reduction capability and ideal frequency characteristics. In addition, each capacitor has long service lifetime, high reliability and high heat resistance.

Panasonic's POSCAP Tantalum-Polymer solid capacitor features stable capacitance at high frequency and temperature with low ESR/ESL, the product line spans several series of Solid Electrolyte chip capacitors which include the TA, TPE, TPH, TQC, TPF, TPSF, TPB, TPC, TPG, TV, TH, and TPU families. The POSCAP capacitors utilize a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high conductivity polymer for the cathode. Panasonic's innovative construction and processing yields give the lowest ESR level in polymer tantalum technology, and exhibits excellent performance in high frequency applications.

Offering a high volumetric efficiency for capacitance, POSCAP capacitors are available in various, compact package sizes for a small PCB footprint. Additionally, POSCAP parts demonstrate a high reliability and high heat resistance, making them the ideal Chip Capacitor for digital, high-frequency devices and more.

Panasonic's OS-CON Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors feature long life span and minimal changes in ESR throughout the rated temperature range, the OS-CON range is available in both surface mount and through hole types and the product line spans several series of Solid Electrolyte Aluminium capacitors, which include the SXE, SXV, SVP, SVPA, SVPB, SVPC, SVPD, SVPG, SVQP, SVPF, SVPE, SEP, SEQP, SEPC, and SEPF families.

OS-CON capacitors utilize aluminium and a high conductivity polymer material to offer low ESR, excellent noise reduction and ripple current capabilities. OS-CON parts are characterized by a long life span and minimal changes in ESR throughout the entire rated temperature range.
