STMicroelectronics offers a 4 output regulator in a single package

STMicroelectronics has introduced the PM6641 4 output regulator that comprises of three step down regulators and a low drop out regulator, all in one package, making the device suitable for DDR memory supplies and general purpose DC-DC post-regulation.

Key features of the PM6641 include:

• Three Out-of-Phase independent SMPS with Adjustable VOUT
• More than 2A of continuous output current for each channel
• Up to +/-2A LDO
• Optimised for ceramic capacitors
• Up to 1MHz programmable switching frequency
• High efficiency mode at light load
• Programmable Current Limits and Soft Start
• Separate Enable & Power Good pin
• All protection embedded (UVP, OVP, OCP, Thermal protection)
• Active soft end for all outputs

The device is supplied in the QFN48 7mm x 7mm package.
