Bipolar MPT6 package from ROHM reduces mounting area

Two bipolar transistors integrated into a single MPT6 package.

ROHM offers a new transistor line-up that integrate two bipolar elements into a package the same size as current single-element products, reducing mounting area as well as the number of components. In addition, the same land pattern can be used, enabling easy replacement while freeing up board design.
