STMicroelectronics introduce the STCL132K, 32kHz silicon oscillator family with chip-enable input

  

STMicroelectronics has introduced a 32kHz silicon oscillator which is a push-pull CMOS compatible frequency square wave clock generator, for low frequency/low power mode, featuring very fast start-up and high immunity to shock, vibrations and humidity.

Key features include a power supply voltage of 1.65 to 1.95V (STCL132KRxxx) and 2.7 to 3.6V (STCLK132KWxxx), accuracy: ±1.0% over 0 to 70°C/±1.2% over -30 to 85°C, low operating current: 85uA (typ.) (Vcc = 2.7 to 3.6V), stand-by current: 1uA (max.), jitter (cycle to cycle, over 20s): 150nsp-p and ultra fast & stable start-up time: 120us max.

The device is supplied in the SOT323-5L package.
