New sub-miniature PCB mounting switch from Knitter-Switch

 

A new miniature printed circuit board (PCB) mount tact switch from Knitter-Switch is available in a variety of configurations to satisfy a wide range of applications in consumer white goods, medical systems and industrial automation.

The Knitter-Switch TMP Series has been designed in accordance with TS 16949 as a direct form, fit and function replacement for the obsolete Micro-Cosmos switch from Secme.

Washable and capable of automatic insertion, the TMP Series can be supplied for straight or right-angle mounting and features a mechanical life of up to 1,000,000 operations. Contact rating is 24VDC @ 20mA minimum and operating temperature range is –25 to +85°C.

Knitter-Switch is recognised for the quality of design and manufacture inherent in its products its switches are used in applications that demand a reliable, trouble-free switch with a long mechanical life.

Knitter-Switch products are available direct or from a number of distributors throughout Europe and Asia and the United States. Most switches are available from stock and samples are usually available on next day delivery.
