The embedded module features an onboard Nuvoton W90P910 ARM926 200MHz 32-bit CPU, 64MB or 128MB of onboard SDRAM and 128MB or 512MB of NAND Flash memory. The module supports a single-channel 16 or 18-bit, 800 x 600 TTL LCD interface and a 4-wire analogue resistive touch screen controller. Onboard I/O for the module includes a 10/100 Ethernet MAC + PHY, RS-232 and RS-232/485 connectors and three USB ports. Audio support is provided by a Realtek ALC203 AC97 codec with line-out and mic-in interfaces. Other peripherals include 16-bit general purpose I/O and an optional PS2 interface.

The RSC-W910 accepts a wide range of voltage inputs from +9V to +24V and is offered with an optional onboard battery charger. The compact and integrated module measures only 110mm x 70mm and weighs just 200 grams.
