Anglia achieves BS EN ISO 9001:2000

Anglia has achieved BS EN ISO 9001:2000 for the procurement, stockholding and distribution of electronic and electrical components and accessories. Certification of this new quality standard was gained on 21st November, 2001. |
The new improved BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standard enables Anglia to demonstrate its commitment to both service and product quality. This means that our customers can benefit in key areas from a number of objectives, such as:
- A customer focused approach
- Continuous improvement of both product and service performance
- An integrated process system fully supported by senior management
The improvement programme, coupled with the employee training objectives, will ensure that our performance will continue to improve, maintaining Anglia's position amongst the best performers within our business sector.
