Anglia Live centre-stage at Electronic Design Show
Wisbech, UK, 12 September 2013 – Anglia Live (www.anglia-live.com) the first electronic component site aimed at engineers designing for mass production featuring only parts recommended for new designs, will be centre stage on stand K20 at the Electronics Design Show, Ricoh Arena, Coventry, 2-3 October 2013. A separate Anglia M2M stand (K40) will highlight a raft of the latest machine-machine communications technologies.
The Anglia Live demonstration at EDS will show visitors how it combines one of the industry’s most comprehensive parametric search engines with Anglia Part Tracker availability information to ensure that only devices recommended for new designs are used. The site offers full visibility of Anglia current and projected stock levels and any product change or termination notifications (PCN / PTN) issued by the supplier. It is populated with data that has been verified and entered by Anglia itself to ensure complete consistency of presentation. Anglia offers same day shipment for free next day delivery in the UK and Eire (for orders below £30 a handling charge of £4.95 will apply).
The Anglia Live stand will also feature an array of new technologies and solutions available through the site. These will include the latest STM32 products from ST Microelectronics, demonstrations based on Analog Devices performance ADC and DAC devices, the latest Microchip MCU and gesture control technologies, TFT displays from KOE, Intersil devices and a selection of new products from suppliers such as Murata, TDK Epcos, Panasonic, Knitterswitch and Bulgin.
To complement the Anglia Live presence, a separate Anglia M2M stand will feature Gemalto 2G/3G modems and support tools, GlobalTop GPS, Microchip (Roving Networks) wireless products, ConnectBlue Bluetooth and WiFi solutions, and Telegesis ZigBee technology. To support these technologies Anglia M2M will be showing ADI and ST MEMs technologies, antenna solutions from Antenova, Bloomice and Hirschmann, Varta Batteries and related products from Hirose and AVX.
