Wisbech, UK, 6 December 2013 – Anglia Components, a UK and Eire distributor for TDK Corporation, has been presented with the European Distributor of the Year award for EPCOS brand products, after achieving the best business performance in its regional network.

The award was the first made under TDK’s newly inaugurated distributor performance evaluation program for EPCOS brand products. The company’s distribution and sales management teams scored the performance of its European distributors on the basis of 18 separate criteria covering business performance, inventory management, contractual terms and operational excellence. Anglia achieved the highest overall score in Europe to win the award.

Commenting on the presentation, Dietmar Jaeger, Vice President Distribution Corporate Sales at TDK, said, “Our new distributor of the year award program was officially launched this year and celebrates the excellence that we find in our distribution network.
