Bel Fuse use a special manufacturing process where they use a patented wire-wrapping technology to connect all magnetic wire to a metal post as opposed to the conventional method of soldering wire to a pad on the PCB. Every connector is 100% tested in production to ensure high reliability even in the most environmentally challenging conditions.
