Anglia offer custom transformers and chokes from Elettronica Rossoni
Anglia together with Elettronica Rossoni are now able to offer custom designed transformer, choke and inductor products to help customers improve the efficiency of their products. As engineers seek to optimize the efficiency and maximize the performance of power supplies and other areas of their designs, there is a growing demand for custom inductors and transformers tailored to the specific requirements of the individual circuit.
Elettronica Rossoni was established in 1987 and has built an excellent reputation for the design and manufacture of high quality wound components for lighting, automotive, home appliance and other applications. Elettronica Rossoni has two global sales offices, three research and development facilities and four manufacturing plants worldwide employing 300 people and occupying an area of around 12000 sq. m.
Through Anglia’s partnership with Elettronica Rossoni we are now able to offer a wide range of customised solutions to a specific requirement or based on a design brief.
Elettronica Rossoni’s strength is in product design and manufacturing and they have an experienced research and development team allowing close and effective collaboration at the design stage, the team can translate engineering design briefs into a customised solution to fit the exact needs of the circuit design.
Capabilities include the design and manufacture of custom transformers and inductors including encapsulated transformers, common mode chokes (CMC), differential mode chokes, power inductors, pulse transformers and high frequency transformers for use with many of the leading manufacturers Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) ICs.
With manufacturing facilities in Italy, Romania and China, Elettronica Rossoni are able to give flexible and cost-effective manufacturing for small, medium and large volumes. Their vertically integrated manufacturing process encompasses the wiring as well as the plastic and metal parts of their components, giving very close control over the quality of the products.
Elettronica Rossoni’s manufacturing facilities carry ISO9001:2008 and TS16949:2002 Automotive certification and they have their own UL insulation system.
